MANOR PARK CLASSICS WELCOMES TV’S PAUL COWLAND AS DIRECTOR

  • Star of Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars appointed director of MPC
  • Brings wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to rapidly growing auction business
  • Paul’s broadcast links promise greater exposure for Manor Park in future

Runcorn – Manor Park Classics, the North West’s leading fixed-venue classic car and bike auction house, has appointed TV presenter Paul Cowland as a director of the business.

Paul has already been a fixture and public face of Manor Park for the last two years, where his infectious enthusiasm and encyclopedic knowledge of two- and four-wheeled classics has become a great asset to MPC’s team.

Best known for his engaging and insightful previews of sale-lots across all of MPC’s YouTube and social channels, Paul also brings classics to life on auction days, where his presentations – which are live-streamed, as well as seen by buyers in MPC’s sale hall – add theatre to the events, and have attracted an immense following.

‘Working with Manor Park’s team over the last couple of years has been a real privilege,’ said Paul. ‘So being invited to join MPC on a more formal basis really is the icing on the cake. The company is now celebrating three years since its first sale, and during that time it’s become recognised as an important player in the classic car and bike business, thanks to exceptional customer service, a genuine love of classics among the team, and sound business management. I’m so pleased to have been part of that journey, and am looking forward to supporting its growth in future.’

Stephen Ashworth (FRICS), Manor Park Classics’ chairman and CEO, was delighted to welcome Paul into the business: ‘MPC has enjoyed huge success over the last few years, and Paul has been a great ambassador for us during that time. His enthusiasm for our brand, and hard work in helping bringing it to another level has made his new appointment a very natural step for us. We have some exciting plans for the coming year, and I’m happy that Paul can help make them a reality now he’s part of the MPC family.’
